Responsibilities
Implementation of scalable & secure backend services in Go Lead the technical direction of their platform, define it, and execute on it Continuous Improvement of their architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and codebase Code, review other people’s code, ensure code quality, be a good boy scout, etc. Teach and help junior/mid-level developers grow
Expectations
5+ years of professional software development experience Willingness to learn, sharing our passion for constant improvement Excellent knowledge of statically typed languages. Ideally, Go, but we welcome any of them. If you have experience building complex business software only in dynamic languages, we’d still like to talk to you. Proven experience in database design and optimization
