Our main company Rekruter was founded in 2008 with a mission to connect top tech talent with the best companies. Our founder, Jure Košir, started with a focus on the employment of developers, but as the company grew, so did our team and expertise.

We are not just colleagues, we are family. Our small, tight-knit team is dedicated to creating meaningful connections between candidates and employers.

And now, with the launch of our new sister brand, Rekrutech, we're expanding our family to include even more tech recruiting experts.

Led by Tanja Germovnik and Patricija Jones, our team takes a personal approach to every search, getting to know both our clients and candidates on a deeper level.
